Jim Hammond Jim Hammond is the External Relations Manager for Sound Transit, overseeing corporate communications and the use and expansion of the Sound Transit web site. Prior to joining Sound Transit, Jim had the good fortune to work for some of the region's finest elected officials, including Snohomish County Executive Bob Drewel and former Seattle Mayor Norm Rice, in a variety of policy advisor roles. In addition to transportation, Jim has worked in issue areas related to housing, human services, land use, and economic development. He is also a member of the Washington State Bar Association. |
