Chris Cortines Chris Cortines has worked with the State Auditors Office since 1993. He served as an audit manager from 2001 thru 2005 overseeing financial and compliance audits of municipalities in the King County area. Chris now serves as a Deputy Director for the SAO performance audit program. In that role, Chris and a second Deputy Director oversee a team that conducts performance audits and manages performance audits conducted by contract. Chris reports directly to the Director for Performance Audits, Ms. Linda Long. The SAO performance audit program is a direct result of Initiative 900, approved by the voters in 2005. |
