Kathy Albert

Kathy Albert has over 20 years of experience in the field of communications and public involvement.  She has been with Sound Transit since July 2002, and is currently the Community Outreach Manager for Link light rail.  In this role, she is responsible for working with elected officials and the diverse communities that will be impacted by the construction of light rail.

Before joining Sound Transit, Kathy was employed with the federal, state and local governments as a public servant and consultant in the areas of forest land management, wastewater and transportation.  Kathy has a degree from the University of Washington (1981) in Forest Management.
