Menu Selections


1) Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken: Hearts of Romaine, Parmesan Reggiano, Caesar Dressing & Garlic Herb Croutons;

2) Pork Loin: Seared & Roasted with Guajillo Chili & Coriander Crust, Honey Lime Sauce; or

3) Vegetarian Cous Cous with Roasted Winter Vegetables.

All three items include truffles for dessert, coffee and hot tea.  Other beverages are available for an additional charge.
