	Tim graduated from the University of Washington and went to work for the Federal Government in 1971. He joined the AGA (then known as the Association of Government Accountants) shortly thereafter.  Tim worked in the Federal service until retiring in 2000.  After 10 years working for various non-Federal government organizations, he re-joined the Feds as an auditor for US Immigration and Customs Enforcement.  Tim is a certified public accountant and has served in virtually all the board positions during his tenure with the AGA.
